A first interview discussing my educational background, experience with writing, the position and the company as a whole. I received a test after the interview testing my editing ability, followed by a second interview involving the team to determine compatibility.

Very easy going. Wasn't nervous and felt at home. I didn't have to wait long. Took me on a mini tour of the campus and showed me where I would work. Very positive experience.
