It took 5 weeks from the time I applied to the time I was contacted by HR to set up an interview. The HR person missed our scheduled Zoom Meeting TWICE! Finally after reaching out through LinkedIn, I was directed to this person's Manager who set up an interview with me (2 weeks after the initial interview was supposed to be) only to tell me in the first 5 minutes that they were looking to fill this position in January 2024. Very unprofessional experience.
