It was a time-consuming process that took approx 26 days and 5 different interview rounds. Basically, G2 does not care and values the candidate's time. Was interviewed online over multiple zoom calls which started with - 1. Screening 2. Generic HR questions 3. Aptitude test 4. Discussion with Hiring Manager 5. Presentation round with (decision-makers) After these all rounds, I received an automated email "Unfortunately, we would not be able to move forward with your application for now. Thank you again for your time." I think about so much investment G2 should have called and communicated the same with feedback. If such communication comes after 1-2 rounds I think then it's acceptable but after 5 rounds it isn't.
