I recently accepted an offer for the Head of Sales & Business Development role and wanted to share a different perspective for those currently interviewing or considering the company.
Yes, the interview process was rigorous with multiple rounds, case studies, and stakeholder interviews, but I experienced it as fair and consistent with what one would expect for a senior leadership role. Every interaction gave me insight into the business, the team’s depth of knowledge, and the cultural priorities.
What stood out most was the intentionality: the leadership genuinely wanted to assess long-term fit, alignment with the company vision, and the ability to navigate a complex and evolving industry as we scale. That takes time in my opinion and, frankly, it should.
The culture here is refreshingly transparent. People are sharp, mission-aligned, and actively rally around the organization's growth goals. It’s still early days for me, but the team I’ve joined is one I’m proud to build with.
I recognize not every journey will feel the same, but I’m grateful for how this one has started.
