I applied online and got an e-mail back that same day to go for a job interview that same week. I went in for the interview and was told I was going to be offered a test day. After three follow ups that were ignored I got a rejection. The people I interacted with were nice overall, even though the general dynamic in the company, simply by interviewing, seemed messy.
