Process involved a general screening with a recruiter, a technical screening with the hiring manager, a technical interview with multiple engineers, and a behavioral interview with an HR rep, followed by an hour to ask any questions I had about GE with another engineer. The technical/behavioral interviews and the Q&A were all part of a 4-hour interview day. I also applied to multiple positions so there was an additional discussion with all the different hiring managers to explain the details of each role. Overall was asked a lot of STAR questions about previous work/school projects and interpersonal skills, but everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. I was also updated frequently throughout the process, whereas many other companies I've applied to leave their candidates in the dust.

Technical Screen - Teams
Panel interview.
It took about 2 weeks to move from the HR Screen to scheduling a panel interview. I enjoyed speaking with the interviewing engineers.

Preliminary call to setup technical interview and a couple engineering questions with one specific about jet engines. Overall good experience and very nice people. Allowed time for questions and any other inquiries.

I attended the technical interview. Before the interview, HR informed me about to prepare a presentation. The interview was okey, it continued 1 hour and they asked me about my projects and the presentation. Beside that, last part of interview included some basic technical questions.
The worst part of the interview that the HR could not response me more than 4 weeks. Because of that, I had to sent a mail about that. I believe that the employer should inform the interviewers.
