Thorough interview process, they invited me on site to meet my potential future managers. They had made sure I was equipped to enter the site and were reassuring when they met me. The interview was held in a comfortable environment, not too formal.

Behavioral online interview. I was sent a zoom link, and had two interviewers. They asked me questions and were very nice. Overall a very nice and fun interview, nothing too weird.
GE goes to many schools to recuit and they came to mine--handed my resue and heard back that I got selected for an interview. It was a 30 minute behavioral interview
