Received an email to schedule an hour block for 2x30 min zoom interviews. After interviews I still have not received feedback after 2 months and after sending several follow up emails to HR. Very unprofessional process.

I applied and had my first interview in January. It was a simple video chat with the branch manager. Second round was two hour-long video sessions with two branch managers and two current team members a month later. Didn't receive an offer until 2 months after the second round. It was a tad disappointing and frustrating that it took so long but eventually I accepted the offer. Total time from first interview to offer acceptance was 3 months. Grateful for the opportunity.
