I received a phone screen 2 weeks later, and 2 weeks after that I participated to a interview speed dating of 15 min each with 6 different teams on site. The interview was more description of the job, then a question on some of my skills I mentioned on my resume and why would I be a good fit for the position. Then at the end of the process they ask you to fill up a ranking form to know what team you think you had the best feeling with and why.
