Telephone interview was pleasant, easy questions, lovely interviewer. No unexpected trick questions. I had 2 motivational and two competency based formal questions, the rest were just confirming your course details and location preferences etc. Why do you want to work for GE? What are your strengths? Give an example of a problem you experienced and how you overcame it. Give an example of a time you have had to learn something quickly. Remember to use STAR technique. Had an email a few days later to say I'd passed, waiting for a face-to-face interview date.
