Good interview process. It has half a day with multiple people. My soon to be boss, his boss, peers and outside of finance. Lots of background questions, but it was also clear they were seeing if I would be a good personality fit for the group. Tough and long interview, but they made me feel very welcome and were all open to answering questions.
