The interview was a 3 round process. Technical, Managerial and HR. All rounds were easy. Technical round was basic Salesforce Beginner questions. Managerial was not tough either, they asked previous project experience and challenges you have faced during the project.

There are some firms where you take out time, prepare well and go for an interview. You have a great day and the interview goes exceptionally well. You talk to the manager and have salary discussion and think your preparations, time and effort have paid off. But then you wait for weeks without response and in the end just told that theres no offwr coming your way. This is one such company and you should avoid at all costs. You feel okay if you know that you went wrong somewhere - techinal, managerial, hr? But when everything goes great but they just arent looking for any candidates - its more like a sham. Anyways here is my interview schedule: Online screening exam, technical round on weekend followed by managerial round and salary discussion.
