A brief conversation with someone from a call agency followed by an aptitude test followed by a 15 minute interview with a supervisor and a H.R person.
Aptitude test was easy we were told an extensive background test would be carried out and it would take up to 4 weeks before we would have clearance to start if offered the job.

What similarities does your current position and the position at G.E have in common?(we had an email from them describing the position)
That's all I can remember really........ they both laughed when I asked them to describe the atmosphere/working environment on the factory floor......I thought this was rude and unprofessional....it knocked the confidence ( the little I have) right out of me.
Was it a stupid question.......
