Initial phone screen with hiring manager. Onsite interview with hiring manager, HR manager, second level manager and three colleagues. Probing questions on my skill and knowledge of marketing and specifically marketing automation. HR manager asked behavioral questions which were the hardest questions to answer. I would have liked to get a tour of the facility but that was not offered. I was glad to be able to interview with the hiring manager so I could get to know him and his management style. Second level manager did not ask me any tough questions. I came with a pretty strong recommendation so that may be why the questions were not so difficult.
