First a phone screening with the recruiter, then a video call with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person interview with the entire team. Final in-person interview consisted of a case-study presentation that we were given advanced notice to prepare, general interview and situational questions, and quite a few brainteasers/market size estimate questions in between.
