The interview timeline was too long - nearly a 3 month process just to interview with 3 people - HR and 2 hiring managers, which indicated red flags in the organization. My second interview had to get rescheduled, 3 weeks from the original date. Radio silence between each interview - I had reach out to the HR recruiter for feedback after 2 weeks following both interview stages. Thankful the offer wasn’t meant to be, as I would have declined it given this experience.
