It was really badly structured. I applied to this program, then they hosted a long presentation about the company and what this program would be about and that it would start in October. After that, they changed the start date to next June and said we should work as software engineers. During the interview, the manager was arrogant and unpleasant to speak with. He told me they are unsure about the program and he cannot really tell what would happen and even if the program would start and blamed everything on the previous manager. He told me it was a side task for him besides his real work. In the end, I'm glad I didn't end up with this manager as it could be a hell to work for him.
