One to one interview. During the interview, the Head of the Department asked me specific questions about skills not relevant to the role I applied for; later, I found out the skills were required for another role that the department was advertising at the same time. I have been told they would let me know in a week, but that did not happen. I kept chasing them for four weeks, but they just ghosted me. Very disappointing experience.
