Simple and straightforward. I applied online through company website. A recruiter reached out to me about 2 weeks later to discuss the job itself and to discuss my background and experience. I was then offered to go through the formal interview process consisting of 3 rounds. First round was with 2 other regional operational managers (ROM) via Zoom, and the second round was with the phone recruiter accompanied by the Operations Director that you would essentially be reporting to. If you passed the first two rounds you move on to the third and final interview. Both interviews were an hour long. Note: The position deals heavily in excel, so you must enjoy working in excel, data mining, data scrubbing, and creating pivot tables
