Phone screening and then onsite interview. The experience was very bad, the interview started with one interviewer asking some questions and the vibe was good. After few minutes another interviewer joined the interview and started to talk on other topics with the other interviewer, disturbing me nonstop and making me feel uncomfortable. When the programming question was a bit more challenging, the same annoying interviewer started to talk about clothing, and how easy the question is and really got me down. This was non respectful at all. I will never go interview on GE again.
