We started with a phone interview and then had an in-person interview. Overall, they did a thorough job of explaining the position and the expectations. I really felt that they conveyed the general office climate as well as the company philosophy when I interviewed. I left feeling not only that GEI was a place I wanted to work, but was a place where I wanted to start a career. They were honest about room for growth and the reality of what my future might look like. It was nice that they were just as honest with me as I was with them.
