I went through the interview process during June of 2020. There was an initial, ~30-minute phone screen, a role play, and a manager interview. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, every part of the process was virtual. When I got to the Manager interview stage, I arrived early as told to listen to the conversations ahead of time, and then entered the Virtual interview that I was told would be with a manager. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody showed up to the video call. After the fact, nobody from GEICO reached out to me to apologize or explain. I emailed the recruiter to pull my application from consideration and nobody reached out to me after that either. I do not recommend.
