Interview process was somewhat excessive for the position. I completed four separate interviews and three assessments over a three week period. Personality test was included in there also. Final skills assessment interviewer had demeanor that felt off. I lost interest in the position because of this, due to the role this interviewer has in the company. Benefits and compensation were never covered during any of the interviews, which was discouraging. The extensive responses the president posted on Glassdoor to any negative feedback was a little concerning. Company offered no information to show they are a good employer or describe the benefits of their work environment.
