Entrevista transparente, profissioanl muito competente para nos auxiliar e nos responder questionamentos. Perguntas tecnicas bem aplicadas. Pude notar que os candidatos são direcionados para vagas que realmente tem o perfil correspondente.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso GFT Technologies (Rio de Janeiro) nel mese di lug 2021
Colloquio
The first interview was with HR, I had some questions about my experience and profile, what I was looking for and how I met the company. The second interview was technical, I had questions about my experience at the time and the projects and technologies that I worked on. The third and last interview was with the client (the company that I work for today), I had questions about the stack (Java) and projects that I worked on. All these interviews happened in a week, were fast and organized.
