The interview process was a very long process with multiple stages and people. Ultimately GHD is just looking to hire quality people for their company. Overall GHD is a great company to work for and be a part of.
GHD’s process is thorough, beginning with an online application and digital screening. Candidates progress through video interviews, psychometric assessments, and behavioral-based interviews with the team. For graduates, a group assessment center often precedes the final offer.

Colloquio
First is HR Interview where they would ask you typical questions (availability, past experience, etc)
Next is technical interview with the Team Lead or Hiring Manager. Depending on your field, they would ask you several questions. Interview was conducted via Zoom and lasted around 45 minutes.

first was a call from HR, then 2nd round was a 1 hour interview with hiring manager and another manager. Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked preferred office to work in.
