Round 1: Video interview The questions asked ranged from the knowledge of the field to the values of the company. Round 2: Zoom interview I had 2 panelists that asked a range of behavioural questions alongside knowledge of the area.

I was emailed saying that I had shortlisted and the hiring manager will be in touch at a later stage. However I received no reply after that and was ghosted after that. I later find out that they hired someone else without even acknowledging or letting me know that they found someone else. I then receive a rejection email around 2 weeks ago. It was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
