The hiring process is very easy. The boss asks you what you have done and what you're currently doing. He will ask you to read a script, to see if you can read. He will describe to you the quotas that you're expected to meet on the job, and he will tell you that it is kind of like a sales job where you're on the phone talking with people to schedule interviews for 5-8 hours at a time.
