Hiring manager, Recruiter, Technical interview, presentation/project management interview (didn't get passed this). Overall the process was highly underwhelming. The interviewers didn't ask for examples of things you've done but instead prodded and poked you with got-cha questions that were not open-ended. Only the initial manager I first interviewed with had interview skills, the rest of the "staff" are out of college a few years and this is their first job and they are now interviewers? Red flag! Most of the people you'll interview with have had no database building training before they became solution architects but they expect you to have this knowledge. On top of that, the role calls for you to be a implementation specialist, a seasoned consultant, annnnd a project manager. If it *sounds* like 3 jobs in one, then you can bet that you'll have no worklife balance working at company like this. I did my best to be professionally dressed but on the other side it looked like many of them just rolled out of bed. I felt like I was interviewing at a college dorm. Word of advice, if the hiring manager tells you to buy the Customer Success Management book, don't do it because all it does is get your hopes up that you'll have a shot when in reality, they got 20-30 people they are probably interviewing. They will never ask you a CSM question because none of them were former CSMs previously. Prepare to talk about their cultish "golden rules" as they will reference it throughout your interviews as if you are suppose to memorize something you just applied to 3 days before your first interview on linkedin.
