Easy, they come in and ask you questions about sales. It's not too difficult to be able to answer if you have general sales knowledge and game knowledge. A passion for gaming is also a must.

I was called for an interview within the week & was offered a job after a very informal interview. Often times the company hold more formal "job fair" style interviews
