1. Technical Test 7 days to complete a test on Excel. Not the most difficult test but it takes time to complete. You would expect to get an answer after spending your personal time on a test like this but apparently Gameloft doesn't care about that. No answer or any feedback or even a negative answer just nothing. Bad recruitment at its best. I also specified that I would like to start the test on Monday to fit my work schedule. No answer from the recruiter until Thursday when she sent me the test. 2. Interviews Technical interview.

The process took 2 months. I applied online and received a phone interview asking some basic behavioral questions. Then after a week, I received an assessment test. It took me lots of hours and effort to complete and send it back. I waited for almost 4 weeks with follow-ups, I received an interview invitation. . I was well prepared for the interview questions. The HR told me to wait for at most 1 week. However, I didn't receive any notice and I followed up afterward. I received a letter of rejection after 2 weeks. I asked for feedback and it was not helpful.
