Straight foward. Initial interview with GM, they ask you about your background, experience, and accomplishments. Then they ask the difficult questions. then a follow up and final interview with DM if your GM liked you.

Very easy process, was brought in for an in-person interview with the GM and other assistant manager. Asked very basic questions-there was 5 total within 5 different categories they had to ask. Better to give specific examples. Moved on to second round which was a video interview with the District Lead manager.
