Started as a freelancer and after about 6 months went through the review process with HR. Everyone was very genuine and on the level. Salary negotiations weren't difficult at all and everyone was helpful. Information is laid out clearly, all questions get answered really fast. Background checks take a bit of time but don't know how much that can be helped.
