Applied via poached and the company website. Company website does not allow for submissions of resumes, which is odd. Was called by HR to conduct a phone interview . Later set up an appointment for an in person interview via email. The interview location was extremely inconvenient to get to because it was in Tigard, and the job was listed as being in Portland. The interviewer’s cell phones rang throughout the meeting and at one point the person asking questions actually took a call. This seemed quite rude and disrespectful. The interviewers came off as arrogant and cold. I was glad when the meeting was over and didn’t care that they didn’t offer me a job. Answers to questions about the position and company were given canned, intentionally vague answers. Overall, they were professional, but seemed to hold themselves in very high regard and were not personable at all.
