Candidates face several motivation-based questions, such as why this role, why this company, long-term career aspirations, and what personally drives them. These help assess cultural fit, alignment with values, and sustained commitment beyond technical qualifications.
Went in for a 1 hour interview with someone on the team. It was a generally pleasant conversation and felt very relaxed. They definitely want someone well-versed in gaming, so make sure you are a true blue gamer if you're applying.

If you had the opportunity to propose a new game, what would it be?
5 Rounds of interview. First round assessment mathematics/problem-solving quesitons + essay questions. Second round more of a behavioural interview to understand your fit/commitment to the company. Overall not difficult but definitely need to prep + have strong interest in gaming.
