      The first interview was a phone screen, and the second interview was a video call. Both were with one interviewer each. The interviewers were really nice, and it seemed like they really wanted to improve HR in the workplace. The third round consisted of three interviews on one day, with two interviewers in each interview. Afterwards, they notified me that they would get back to me two days later, but they never did. I had to reach out to them a week later, on a Friday, to check on my status, and the person said that they would like to give me a call on the following Monday. Seeing that email, I thought it was going to be good news because why else would they give me a call? On Monday, she gave me a short 1 minute call letting me know that they had moved on with a different candidate. I thought this was a bit unprofessional. Why make me continue to wait more if I was only going to get a 1 minute rejection call? They should have just told me when I reached out to them, rather than make me wait another weekend. Or, even better, they could have notified me when they said that they would. They would have likely ghosted me if I had never reached out. After the phone call, I was okay with getting rejected from this company. From what I have experienced and read in the reviews, it doesn't seem like they are very organized or forward thinking.
