First you have to come into the company and fill out an application while you sit there (they have specific times that they allow this to be done) then if they want to interview you, they will call and set a time up for a one on one interview, then you will have another one on one interview if they liked you the first time, and then they will have you back for a group interview if they still like you. Then they will offer you a job.
