There is an initial 20 minute phone screen with the people operations manager so that both parties to get a feel for one another. This was followed by another 20 minute screen with a member of the team I would be a part of in order to make sure the fit was correct. Then I was invited into the office for an hour-long in person interview. I spoke with People Operations, two members of the current team, and the CEO.

I first submitted my resume via Glassdoor. Within a couple of day I received an email asking me to complete a personality and IQ screening online. A few days later, they scheduled a phone interview with me. Because we were not on the same page regarding salary, I did not go further in the process. I did ask and was told the next stage would be an initial interview and meeting some staff and then another meeting would be set up to actually go in and train on something I knew.
