I applied to the job via LinkedIn. I had two phone interviews, one with the Managing Director and one with the CEO. I was then asked to come to the office for a formal interview. I spoke to the Managing Director and CEO again, as well as the Director, Technology. Later that day I received an offer over the phone. The process was very straight forward and pleasant.
