The interview process was structured, respectful, and professional throughout. It began with an introductory phone call with the recruiter, which went very well. I then had a face-to-face interview with the current position holder, which was also positive. Afterward, I received a home assignment to complete. I presented my assignment in a follow-up interview with the position holder and the COO, where I also introduced myself to the COO. This stage went smoothly. I continued with an HR interview with the Head of HR, which was another good experience. During the process, the company reorganized and added a new managerial role, which introduced an additional interview. My final stage was a face-to-face interview with the new Head of Product & Engineering and the Head of Sales. Unfortunately, I did not pass this stage. Overall, although the process was lengthy, it was handled with respect and professionalism at every step.
