I applied the position on line and I got the email that I need an interview several weeks later. The interview was quite open and easy going. We talked what I did in my graduated study and some other opening questions.

I got an email by HM after applying for the role and asked me to set a time. 30 min. interview, Person that was interviewing was nice and questions were expected.
asked what I did in my graduate school and a technical question regarding drug molecule they had developed there were no other questions asked, in example behavioral or anything else of this sort
