Getting a job has to be the right culture fit for the company and the individual....so I understand and have no hurt feelings that they may have felt I was not the right fit for the company and/or the position. However, to be told continuously in the interviews that they are trying to improve their HR team but then never hear back after coming in for an in-person interview is not the way to improve your team. An email informing me would have been appreciated vs ghosting me. After that experience I am grateful they did not feel I was the right fit, because I would not want to be apart of that type of team. I believe when someone takes their time to do an interview with you, you could at least be courteous enough to give them some communication in return. I saw a review on this exact situation with this company and for this position prior to my interview... I try to take some reviews with a grain of salt since there is always two sides but I should have listened.

Phone Interviews went smooth, arrived early met with two Senior management. They continually spoke about how they wanted to change their culture again and again. Then said they felt it would be difficult from someone from a small company to transition to a large company that it would be a difficult cultural fit. Why bother to try to change your culture, if you are afraid of bringing in change? Most frustrating did not even get an email rejecting me, got no response. Very disappointing and shows a lack of respect that Generac has for its applicants. Ironically, they asked me in the interview if I saw their low scores on Glassdoor
