Interview process goes well but no questions were asked regarding the requirements on the position. The interview did take half an hour but for some job that I didn't apply.

Describe the Java running threads and how to solve the conflicts of the threads. Not sure what this has to do with the Angular Web Development. These kind of questions should be asked to a C++ or C or someone that is supposed to work on system applications that deals with creating threads for different processes vs someone is writing Angular. Maybe someone is trying to exercise their knowledge about the Java threading and not so much about looking to hire people. It was a waste of time.

First a phone call with behavioral and resume questions. Next was a technical round with panel style interview on zoom. Got lots of technical questions based on the job posting and project experiences.

Process went smooth. HR was great. Technical Interview was about average, and the behavioral interviews were a piece of cake. There was 3 rounds of interviews total. Interviewers were easy going and easy to get along with.
