After submitting a resume and cover letter, I got an email asking me to sign up for an on-campus interview. The interviewer asked me lots of questions about myself and my past experiences and why I chose to apply to GM. I was then sent a case study (much more technical) and had 3 hours to answer the questions.

I met with on-campus recruiters (alumni from my College who work for GM) who encouraged me to apply. They moved me on to the case interview portion of the interviews. After that, I was selected for in-person interviews at the Renaissance Center. One interview was behavioral and the other was technical.
