I got referred to GM by a friend that currently works there. I received a call from his direct manager and within 2-3 days of the initial phone call I had a virtual interview. During the 2 hour interview I met with two individuals who worked within the department who asked STAR interview type questions. I was also asked varying technical questions related to my position to identify any knowledge gaps. I was offered the job exactly 3 weeks from the date I interviewed in which I accepted. Overall easy interview process.
