First was an online interview with about 4 questions: 1) asking your availability, 2) why do you want to work at general pants, why should we choose you - what are your 2 rockstar qualities, 3) what work experience do you have that will help you at GP, 4) 2 minutes to further talk. You then get invited to a group interview where you sit at the table with the manager of the store you want to work. You then have to introduce yourself to the person next to you and then talk about them to the group. Then have to do a styling session. You get given a card and have to pick out an outfit with another candidate. These include, date night for a girl teen, winter clothing for a teen boy, beach wear for a teen boy, etc. Make sure you get everything e.g shirt, pants, jacket, accessories, shoes You then have a one on one with the manager where they will ask you a question and you have to elaborate what you would do. I got a top and she really wanted it but it was out of stock. I said check the back, check the stock on POS, call another store, help her choose another item.
