Probably a month after applying, HR emailed me to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview went well and the manager told me that she would hire me. Even though the next step was to submit a writing piece and answer a question that she emailed. However after submitting all the work, she ghosted me and never responded to my emails. This left a horrible impression and everyone there seemed to be extremely disorganized.
