Polite, informative phone exchange. This phone interview served as a screening process prior to an aptitude test and behavioral Skype interview. If successful, there will be an in-person interview in Charlotte.

It took about 5 months for the whole process. I did reach the last step (group interview), but it was not a pleasant experience. I honestly felt marginalized and devalued in my group. Two of the candidates kept talking and I only got to speak when they asked (and only after they had already shared their ideas and there was not much left to add). If I did say something, they were either dismissive or not very receptive.
