First step is a IQ test, second is an in person interview where they ask you some basic personal questions and ask you to logic puzzles and riddles, then if you proceed you have to write a test on the company policies, and a math/English test, if you pass with +80% then you get to start tutoring as a trainee, once you have done 20 training hours you become a full tutor or GI as they call it.
