It took me two weeks from the first mail in which their recruiter asked about my availability for a first call. She ghosted me two times and then said she had a workshop or meeting. Finally, she decided to call me randomly in an inappropriate time and started talking in Dutch, when I said that I have a mediocre level in Dutch then she said well my decision is then immediately made we eject your application. I think that this is very unprofessional since all the details are mentioned in my CV! Good luck finding the perfect candidate.
