They kept me updated throughout the process, even when there was no news to share, which I really appreciated. When setting up interviews, they asked me what worked best with my schedule which allowed me to meet at times that didn't compromise my current job. There were no trick questions, they genuinely wanted to get to know me, my experiences, my interests and the areas in which I want to grow at Genoa.
